Haber Holding, a major suit and uniform manufacturer across Mexico and the US, relied on a manual paper-based workflow from initial measurements through production and delivery. This legacy system was slow, costly, and prone to errors. They needed an end-to-end digital platform to streamline operations across distinct roles, operational contexts, and user personas.
THE PROCESS
We conducted field interviews with executive leaders and operational staff to map business goals and end-to-end manufacturing workflows. By defining the unique information needs for each persona, we designed a unified, seamless experience that ensured every user received clear, actionable instructions at their exact stage of the process.
We delivered an integrated suite of three synchronized solutions: a mobile app guiding tailors through precise measurement capture, a production dispatch tool delivering real-time task data to factory staff, and an operations dashboard providing leadership with strategic oversight. The ecosystem reduced operational errors by 60% and accelerated delivery times by 30%.
